1st day of extreme HIIT workout
ok, as i stated earlier, ima fat-ass and the truth is, i don't wanna be one
i joined this gym for 2 years and i guess i have reached my plateau so now i will have to put more effort in cutting and dieting
most of the time i would seek advise from 2 of my good friends Tjun and Grunge and also read articles from Bodybuilding.com
this is a new program i starting this week plus a new diet plan and a 'more' healthier lifestyle
Monday
HIIT cardio

before workout - oatmeal with milo and total-nutrition drink
after workout - strawberry protein shake

2 hours after lunch - fruits
3 hours after lunch - fruits again
dinner - vegetarian food (that day was my vegetarian day)
1 hour after dinner - more fruits
well it seems like i almost eat 10 times a day

Ok, it's been like what? 2 years since i last posted in this blog
So now i'm back and this time i'm gonna be more systematic and efficient

Criminal Lawyer?!
well
since da 1st day i went for my law school, i really learnt many things like how to kill someone and not be charge with murder and stuff.
The lecturers are kinda funny except for my contracts lecturer, who look disturbingly like Yau Ming, the china basketball star. His jokes are so lame, that i would fall asleep.
Other than that, my English Legal System (ELS) lecturer is 1 cool but boring lady that remind me of my chemistry class when i was in form 6.
Public Law was fun, but i'm still thinking whether to support the fact should da UK adopt the written constitution. Well as a law student, we must support both side, so in every argument about for and against, we must have a counterargument for it. (Damn confusing)
Above all, i love criminal law, the lecturer is funny and the lesson is fun, cause they teach u how to do crime and not get caught. Until now, i've just learn about murder and assault.
In my class, there are many resitters (which shows that law exams are very tough) who like to act smart and answer all the lecturer's question.
Then i meet this gamer girl who like to play ps2 game (it's very very rare to find this kind of girl u know) and she's quite hot too. But she abit tomboyish and bad temper, so i think i better stick to my girlfriend.
Anyways, i will continue later for now i have to search my dictonary for some wierd words like malicious.

1st Day at Law School
Finally, i can start learning something new. 1st day at law school is very tiring, 2 to 7.30 pm lecture, but 3 out of 4 clases were intresting and funny and the other English Legal System (ELS) which i almost slept in the class. (i manage to scribble something that the lecturer wrote on the board, when i woke up, i don't understand what i have just written)
The 1st day, 2 nerds came and befriended me, 1 from Johor and another from Sabah. Well, i think it wouldn't hurt to know some nerds (next time i can copy notes from them huhahahahaha). Then we start the orientation activity, where we walked around and introduce to everyone. But this guy (who act asif he's damn cool and smart) don't wanna intro himself to me, so what da heck, to hell with him, i'm better off not knowing this kind of freak person.
Anyways,
My 1st lecture is about criminal law, where i learned how to kill and not charge with murder.(kinda cool). Then followed by contracts, where the lecturer look disturbingly like Yau Ming, only shorter. Later it was ELS and then public law.
All the lecturers told us the same thing, law is very tough. Answering 4 question in 3 hours, reading alot abput politics and law and polishing up my English, wow, i guess i have alot to do now..... have to go study now, ^^
