today is BACK day so its all about mah back

HIIT cardio
the usual running thing

Weights
3x15 low-row
3x15 lat-pulldown
3x15 barbell rows
3x15 hyper extention
3x15 deadlifts
3x15 shrugs
3x15 machine pullovers

3x15 overhead side bends
3x15 leg raises
3x15 crunches

what i ate today
morning - total nutrition drink + papayas
lunch - chicken rice
dinner - home-cooked stuff
after workout -strawberry protein drink
10.00pm - oatmeal + milo
